This policy applies to all prepaid packages—combinations of flights, hotels, ground services, experiences, cruises, and activities—booked through Egypt Wonders Tours (operated by Vyricon Capital). These terms are designed to meet the operational requirements of exclusive Egyptian travel arrangements.
All package sales are final: Full payment is collected at booking and all payments are strictly non-refundable unless you opt into Trip Protection by Egypt Wonders at the time of purchase.
This robust policy is standard for exclusive, early-booked international travel itineraries.
Unless stated otherwise or unless you purchased Trip Protection by Egypt Wonders:
Force majeure includes but is not limited to: government travel bans, war, pandemic, epidemic, riot, flood, fire, natural disasters, supplier bankruptcy, state of emergency, strike, or any circumstance outside your, our, or our suppliers' control.
All cancellation or claim requests must be submitted in writing to support@vyriconcapital.com with:

For approved Trip Protection claims, refunds or credits are processed within 15 business days of claim approval.
All amounts are returned to the original payment method or as trip credit, per your protection plan.
