Welcome to Egypt Wonders Tours ("Platform," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"), an enterprise-grade booking platform for Egyptian tours and experiences operated by Vyricon Capital, a subsidiary of Hexus Global Holdings, Inc.
About Vyricon Capital: Vyricon Capital is a specialized international capital management and financial operations subsidiary within the Hexus Global Holdings portfolio. Headquartered in Miami, Florida, Vyricon Capital manages payment processing, transaction orchestration, and financial services for Hexus's enterprise platforms, including Egypt Wonders Tours.

By accessing or using the Platform at egyptwonders.net, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and make bookings. If you are between 16 and 18, you may use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Users under 16 may not create accounts or provide personal information without parental consent.
To access certain features of the Platform (booking tours, saving itineraries, accessing booking history), you must create an account by providing:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and booking is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in account suspension, cancellation of bookings, and forfeiture of payments.

Vyricon Capital acts as an intermediary between you and independent tour operators. We do not operate tours directly but facilitate bookings on behalf of licensed third-party operators.

While we curate and vet tour operators on the Platform, the tour operator is the primary provider of the tour and is responsible for:
You agree that tour operators are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or representatives of Vyricon Capital or Hexus Global Holdings, Inc.
We strive to provide accurate information about tours, but we do not guarantee availability or accuracy of tour descriptions, pricing, or schedules; quality, safety, or fitness for purpose of tours; compatibility with your expectations or requirements; or absence of errors or technical issues on the Platform. Tour operators may update availability, pricing, or itineraries at any time. We are not liable for such changes.
To book a tour:
Upon successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation email with booking reference number, tour operator contact information, itinerary details, and cancellation and refund policies.
A booking is confirmed only when you receive a booking confirmation email from Egypt Wonders Tours. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, contact customer support at support@vyricon.com.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or modify bookings in the following circumstances:
Pricing:
All prices displayed on the Platform are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Prices include tour fees and operator charges, applicable taxes (Egyptian VAT, tourism levies), and platform service fees (disclosed at checkout).
Prices do not include: international flights or visas; travel insurance (strongly recommended); meals not specified in the itinerary; personal expenses (souvenirs, tips, optional activities); additional fees imposed by tour operators.
Payment:
All payments are processed by Vyricon Capital in partnership with Stripe, Inc., a PCI DSS v4.0 Level 1 certified payment processor. We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay).
Payment card information is encrypted end-to-end and never stored on Egypt Wonders Tours servers.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
Unless otherwise specified by the tour operator, the following cancellation policy applies:

Tour-Specific Policies: Some tours have stricter cancellation policies (e.g., cruises, private tours, peak season bookings). The applicable policy is disclosed on the tour page and in your booking confirmation.
How to Cancel: To cancel a booking, log into your account and select "Cancel Booking" or contact customer support at support@vyricon.com with your booking reference number.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
If a tour operator cancels your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (insufficient enrollment, weather, safety concerns), you will receive:
We are not liable for additional expenses incurred due to tour operator cancellations (e.g., flights, hotels booked separately).
Neither you nor we are liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including:
In the event of force majeure, we will work with tour operators to reschedule your tour or issue a refund (or credit for future bookings) at our discretion.
You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents, including:
We are not responsible for denied entry, deportation, or penalties due to invalid or missing travel documents.
Health Conditions: If you have pre-existing medical conditions, disabilities, or special requirements (mobility limitations, dietary restrictions, medication needs), you must disclose them during booking. Tour operators will make reasonable accommodations but cannot guarantee suitability for all conditions.
Safety Risks: Travel to Egypt involves inherent risks, including political instability in certain regions, petty crime, traffic accidents, and health risks. You assume all risks associated with travel and agree that Vyricon Capital, Hexus Global Holdings, Inc., their subsidiaries, and tour operators are not liable for injury, illness, or death.
Highly Recommended:
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation or interruption, medical emergencies and evacuation, lost or delayed baggage, and travel delays or missed connections.
We do not provide travel insurance. Contact a reputable provider such as World Nomads, Allianz, or Travel Guard.
You agree to:
We reserve the right to remove disruptive or non-compliant users from tours without refund. You may be held liable for damages caused by your misconduct.
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and user interface design ("Platform Content"), is the exclusive property of Vyricon Capital, Hexus Global Holdings, Inc., or their licensors and is protected by US Copyright Law (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.), Trademark Law (15 U.S.C. § 1051 et seq.), and international intellectual property treaties.
Trademarks:
The following trademarks are owned by Hexus Global Holdings, Inc. and/or its subsidiaries: Egypt Wonders Tours (name and logo), Hexus Global Holdings, Vyricon Capital, Theia AI Systems, Cerberus (in the context of cybersecurity), Hexus Labs, Hexus Ventures, and Hexus Studios.
You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes, and to view and download Platform Content for personal use.
Prohibited Uses: You may not:
If you submit reviews, photos, testimonials, or other content ("User Content"), you grant Vyricon Capital and Hexus Global Holdings, Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display User Content on the Platform and in marketing materials.
We reserve the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
You agree not to:
Violation of these prohibitions may result in account suspension, termination, legal action, and reporting to law enforcement authorities.
THE PLATFORM AND ALL TOURS, SERVICES, AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Tour operators are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or representatives of Vyricon Capital or Hexus Global Holdings, Inc.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VYRICON CAPITAL, HEXUS GLOBAL HOLDINGS, INC., THEIR SUBSIDIARIES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
A. Indirect, Incidental, Consequential, or Punitive Damages:
B. Direct Damages Exceeding the Amount You Paid: Our total liability for all claims shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Egypt Wonders Tours in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $500 USD, whichever is greater).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vyricon Capital, Hexus Global Holdings, Inc., their subsidiaries (Hexus Labs, Cerberus for Cybersecurity, Hexus Ventures, Hexus Studios), officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
This indemnification obligation survives termination of these Terms.
These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of the Platform or bookings shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Agreement to Arbitrate: You and Vyricon Capital agree to resolve any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform through binding arbitration rather than in court, except as provided below.
Arbitration Rules: Arbitration shall be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules and Mediation Procedures. The arbitration shall be held in Miami, Florida, or remotely via video conference at your option.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive the right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative proceedings.
Exceptions: The following disputes are exempt from mandatory arbitration and may be brought in court: small claims court actions (claims under $10,000), injunctive relief to prevent intellectual property infringement, and enforcement of arbitration awards.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of mandatory arbitration by sending written notice to legal@vyricon.com within 30 days of first using the Platform.
If arbitration does not apply or is unenforceable in your jurisdiction, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, for resolution of disputes.
European Union Users: EU residents may also bring claims in the courts of their country of residence under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
EU residents may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform to resolve disputes at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are committed to participating in good faith in ODR proceedings.
You may terminate your account at any time by logging into your account and selecting "Delete Account" or contacting customer support at support@vyricon.com. Termination does not relieve you of obligations for pending bookings or payments.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if:
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. We may delete your account data (subject to retention obligations under applicable laws). Pending bookings remain valid unless canceled by you or the tour operator.
The following provisions survive termination: Sections 7 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability), 10 (Indemnification), 11 (Dispute Resolution), and 12 (Termination); payment obligations for completed bookings; and any claims or liabilities accrued before termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices.
Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use and may close your account.
